There is a ‘wrong’ and a ‘right’ form of happiness you could feel when eating food. What do we mean by that? Wrong happiness is the effect when eating industrialized sugar like chocolate, coffee or cakes. Yes, you will feel happy for a short time and your energy level will rocket up! But after a short while your energy level will fall deeper as it was before! Therefore we prefer applying the ‘right form of happiness’. Eating walnuts, cashews or simply an apple will boosten your energy in a steady way over a longer period of time! Your body is more capable in thinking and acting, which goes hand in hand with higher productivity! Eat happy!
